Im alten Ortsteil von Grinzane Cavour, mit Ausblick auf das erhabene Scloß und seine edlen Weinberge des Barolo verfügt das historische, fein restaurierte und im piemontesischen Stil eingerichtete Gebäude über elegante, voneinander vollständig verschiedene Zimmer beginnen bei prestigevollen Suiten, Doppelzimmern, Vierbettzimmern, die alle großräumig und mit eigenem Balkon versehen sind. Im kleinen Salon, befindet sich die rezeption, und im Weinkeller aus unverputzten Steinen und Sichtmauerwerk mit den angestrahlten, typischen Crutin, wird das Frühstücksbuffet serviert.
